#TotallyAFanSeason4 Streaming

Before I get started, I want to thank all of you who follow on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, or even Instagram. I want to thank you all for your input and moral support as we work tirelessly to prepare for launch of TotallyAFan: Season 4.

Currently, we are undergoing re-branding. Trying to find a better way to promote TotallyAFan is what I want to be able to outreach to nerds everywhere. I think a new logo design as well as a more simplistic way to identify who we are, will ultimately help with making sure we are a major source to come to for all your nerd news needs.

TotallyAFan was created on 3 principles: 1. To inform people of news in the world of fandom, 2. To unite nerds everywhere who can’t express their thoughts at work, home, or with friends, 3. To share and engage in conversations of important subjects that effect us as fans.

TotallyAFan is also looking to possibly stream or even live stream on Twitch.tv, Patreon, and other outlets in our attempts of outreach. I have gotten together with the crew and tried to look at some options for fan funding to help push and increase TotallyAFan in our mission. We would like to hear from you the fans that have been with us through thick and thin. What are you thoughts on us streaming? Also, what news are you looking forward to?

I assure you that TotallyAFan Season 4 is coming, and I can’t wait to get back in gear.

What to expect for #TotallyAFanSeason4 coming soon!

THAT’S RIGHT! After a bit of a hiatus, TotallyAFan Season 4 is coming very soon.

Due to some very unfortunate personal problems I was having, I had to take a break from TotallyAFan. Then there was a problem with trying to find new filming place as I wasn’t happy anymore shooting in my room.

Now I’ve decided, that I have to suck it up and deal with where I have space and now I plan on coming back with Season 4!

For those of you that stuck with me since the beginning, I thank you and I am so happy to share with you my new ideas to help not only inform you but entertain as well. Here is some of what to expect for Season 4.

  • I’m currently in the works for re-branding everything as I want to simplify how things are done but at the same time keep the core values of what TotallyAFan is and why I started it.
  • TotallyAFan is getting a makeover with a new side bar that will display the current news topic in addition serve as a button to click on, for the specific news that attracted you in the first place.
  • Totally@ a new segment similar to Anthony Bourdain as you come along the ride with the current Convention, Festival, and just Nerdy experience and get some insight to the experience of some great trips!
  • TotallyFans will bring fans of different genres together to talk about a hot ticket item. We’ll get political, religious, or just fanboy it up to anything in the news or general pop culture i.e. Star Wars vs Star Trek.
  • Saturday Morning Cartoons will showcase some classic shows from the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and maybe even early 2000’s that we no longer and just help you find your childhood.

These are just some of what you can expect as Season 4 gets ready to make its debut. Please note that if you still follow on Facebook or Twitter, you will still be getting updates on some news topics. I’m hoping that this way I can still share the news with you guys in addition bring some great content. As Season 4 gets closer, keep your eyes out for a really great contest opportunity for the return of TotallyAFan!

More details on when TotallyAFan Season 4 will debut as well as some other changes will become available shortly. I will continue to update when possible, but expect it soon!

StudioCosplay

TO ALL OF OUR COSPLAY FANS!

If you live in the local DC Metro Area, we want to point you in the direction of StudioCosplay!

Its a local non-profit organization by cosplayers, for cosplayers. As a noob cosplayer, one of my biggest issues is finding resources! Another is that when I watch tutorials online, I always have questions that I can’t get answered. Where does StudioCosplay come in to play?

StudioCosplay, located in the DC metro area, is set on promoting community through the art of costuming by providing work space, opportunity, and education. StudioCosplay is opening a community-operated workshop in 2015 where cosplayers can connect and exchange ideas, share resources and knowledge, collaborate on projects, take instructional classes and hands-on workshops, and have the space and tools to work on costumes. Again, their workshop will be based in the DC metro area and will welcome all cosplayers, costume designers, LARPers, photographers, artists, and anyone interested in learning about costuming.
